Cut the rack of ribs into individual pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Season the ribs generously with Montreal steak seasoning and toss to coat them evenly.
In a separate bowl or measuring cup, combine the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
Stir the sauce mixture until it's well combined.
Arrange the seasoned ribs in a single layer in a large baking dish.
Brush the sauce mixture evenly over all sides of the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated.
