Place two slices of bread side-by-side in the air fryer basket.
On one slice of bread, add a slice of pepper jack cheese.
Layer the turkey lunch meat on top of the cheese.
On the other slice of bread, use your fingers to press down the center to create a small well or divot.
Carefully crack the egg into the divot in the bread.
Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 9 minutes.
Once cooked, remove both slices of bread from the air fryer and place on a plate.
