In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, ½ tsp salt, and shredded cheese until combined. Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Place Canadian bacon in another pan. Insert pans into your cooking appliance, input settings, and cook now or schedule. Bottom Zone: Slow Cook Low for 30 minutes
Once the eggs have finished cooking, remove all pans. Toast English muffins.
Remove the eggs from the pan and cut into 4 portions. Once English muffins are toasted, spread with butter, top with Canadian bacon, followed by the egg. Garnish with hot sauce and serve.
