Heat oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the jasmine rice and stir to coat in the oil.

Fry the rice, stirring frequently, until it turns a golden brown color.

Carefully pour in the water. It will steam up.

Add the sazon seasoning packet, chicken bouillon powder, and tomato bouillon powder.

Stir everything together until the seasonings are well combined.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover the pot with a lid.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 15 minutes. Do not open the lid.
