Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
Place one slice of Swiss cheese on each triangle of dough.
Top the cheese with a slice of roast beef.
Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the crescent rolls are baking, prepare the au jus gravy according to the package directions.
Serve the warm crescent rolls with the au jus and horseradish sauce for dipping.
