Lay out prosciutto slices, slightly overlapping, and place the round of brie in the center.
Wrap the prosciutto slices up and around the brie to completely encase it.
Place the prosciutto-wrapped brie onto a sheet of puff pastry.
Spoon the cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
Brush the puff pastry surrounding the brie with a beaten egg.
Fold the puff pastry up and over the brie, pinching the seams to seal it completely.
Place the pastry-wrapped brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush the entire outside of the pastry with the remaining egg wash.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
