French Onion Meatloaf

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, dry onion soup mix, chopped onion, milk, ketchup, salt, pepper, and crushed crackers.

Using your hands, mix everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Line a slow cooker with a double layer of aluminum foil, creating a sling to easily lift the meatloaf out later.

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on the foil inside the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour and spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.

Once cooked, carefully lift the meatloaf out of the slow cooker using the foil sling.

Tilt the foil to drain off any excess grease that has accumulated.

Slide the meatloaf onto a cutting board and discard the foil.

Garnish with fresh parsley, then slice and serve.
