Galactic Ale tastes fruity and sweet with bright citrus notes from lime juice, balanced by the herbal notes of blue curaçao and subtle berry undertones from the raspberry liqueur.
Blue curaçao defines the drink's signature color and flavor. Triple sec or Cointreau can substitute in texture, but the color and distinct orange-citrus profile will differ.
Shake vigorously with ice to combine all ingredients evenly and chill the drink, then strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Serve in a rocks glass or highball glass over ice for easy sipping and to showcase the vibrant blue color.
Mix the vodka, blue curaçao, lime juice, and raspberry liqueur in advance and store in a sealed container; shake with ice and serve when ready.
