In a large bowl, toss 2 lbs broccoli florets, 1 tbsp olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper until fully coated. Divide florets between 2 Suvie pans.
Place both pans in Suvie, input settings, and cook now or schedule. Bottom Zone: Roast at 450°F for 20 minutes (for Suvie 2.0, Roast at 400°F for 25 mins). Top Zone: Roast at 450°F for 20 minutes (for Suvie 2.0, Roast at 400°F for 25 mins).
After roasting, remove pans from Suvie. Drizzle with 1 tsp lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper as needed.
