In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the dressing into the bottom of a wide-mouth mason jar.

Begin layering the salad ingredients on top of the dressing, starting with the halved cherry tomatoes.
