Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
Place the bread on a baking sheet, cut side up, and drizzle with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Toast the bread in an oven or toaster oven until golden brown and crispy.
While the bread is toasting, wash and dry the arugula.
In a large bowl, toss the arugula with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Remove the toasted bread from the oven.
Spread the softened black truffle butter evenly over the bottom half of the bread.
Layer the sliced ham over the truffle butter.
Break open the burrata and spread it over the ham.
Drizzle the burrata with the remaining olive oil and season with freshly ground black pepper.
Spread the Dijon mustard on the cut side of the top half of the bread.
Pile the dressed arugula on top of the burrata.
Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread and press down gently.
Cut the sandwich into desired portions and serve.
