Hawaiian Roll Cinnamon Rolls

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter.

To the melted butter, add the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well until it forms a smooth, paste-like mixture.

Place the slab of Hawaiian rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Using a sharp knife, cut a swirl pattern into the top of each roll, going about three-quarters of the way through the roll.

Pour the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, making sure it seeps into the cuts.

While the rolls soak, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, combine the softened 1/4 cup of butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

Using a hand mixer, beat the frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly for a few minutes.

Spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the warm rolls.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
