Slice the cooked chicken breast on a diagonal and place it in a meal prep container.
Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until very crispy.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them to the meal prep container, keeping them separate from other ingredients.
Shred the romaine lettuce and add it to the container, avoiding contact with the tomatoes to prevent sogginess.
Once the turkey bacon is crispy, remove it from the heat and chop it into small pieces.
Store the chopped turkey bacon in a separate, small airtight container to maintain its crispiness.
Grate the sharp cheddar cheese and store it in another separate small container.
Peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs and set them aside.
When ready to eat, assemble the salad. Start with a base of romaine and arugula, then top with sliced chicken, tomatoes, crispy turkey bacon, grated cheese, and hard-boiled eggs. Slice the avocado and add it to the salad.
Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing and serve immediately.
