Pour the applesauce onto a dehydrator fruit roll-up sheet.
Use a spatula to spread the applesauce into a thin, even layer.
Place the tray in the dehydrator and dehydrate until the applesauce is dry to the touch and forms a solid sheet (time and temperature will vary by machine).
Once fully dehydrated, carefully peel the fruit leather from the sheet.
Cut the fruit leather into strips and roll them up to serve.
