In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, black pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, lemon juice, liquid smoke, paprika, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, and coconut aminos. Whisk until well combined.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least 12-24 hours for the best flavor.
Lay the marinated beef strips in a single layer on the dehydrator trays, making sure they do not overlap.
Place the trays into the food dehydrator.
Set the dehydrator to 165°F (74°C) and dehydrate for approximately 4.5 hours. The exact time will depend on the thickness of your meat.
Once the jerky is done, remove it from the dehydrator and let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
