Fill a pot with vegetable oil and heat to 350°F.
While the oil heats, prepare the sauce. In a separate saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce and butter.
Whisk the sauce until the butter is completely melted.
Add the brown sugar and continue to whisk until the sauce comes to a simmer. Then remove from heat.
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil.
Fry for 10-12 minutes, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the cooked wings from the oil and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Pour the prepared buffalo sauce over the hot wings.
Toss the wings until they are fully and evenly coated in the sauce.
Serve immediately with ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, carrot sticks, and celery sticks.
