In a very large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels, corn nuts, sesame sticks, cheese crackers, bagel crisps, and walnuts.
In a separate bowl or large measuring cup, combine the melted butter, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, gochujang, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Whisk the sauce ingredients until fully combined.
Pour the sauce over the dry snack mix.
Using your hands, gently toss the snack mix to coat everything evenly. Be careful not to crush the cereal.
Spread the coated snack mix in a single layer across two baking sheets to ensure it's not overcrowded.
Bake at 250°F until golden brown and crispy, about 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheets.
If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra spice while the mix is cooling.
Once completely cool, transfer to an airtight container for storage. Enjoy!
