Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
To make the Mornay sauce, melt 2 tbsp of butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour to create a roux and cook for about one minute.
Slowly pour in the milk, whisking constantly until the sauce is smooth and begins to thicken.
Season the sauce with paprika, nutmeg, and white pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese until fully melted. Set aside.
Slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
Layer the deli turkey, sliced tomatoes, and then spoon the Mornay sauce over the tomatoes.
Top with crumbled bacon and the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls back on.
In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup of melted butter with the paprika, nutmeg, and white pepper for the topping.
Spoon the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before separating and serving.
