Grease 2 Suvie pans or sheet pans and arrange 4 cookie dough balls in each pan.
Insert pans into your Suvie (if using Suvie sheet pans, be sure to place the pan in the bottom of each zone). Input settings, and cook now (be sure to select "Yes" when asked if cooking from frozen), for best results rotate the pan halfway through cooking.
Set Bottom Zone: Bake at 275°F for 5 minutes
Set Top Zone: Bake at 275°F for 5 minutes
Immediately remove pans from Suvie and let cookies cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a drying rack to cool to room temperature. Enjoy!
