Cut the jalapeños in half, deseed them using a spoon, and then dice them finely.
Dice half an onion and mince the garlic cloves.
To a slow cooker, add the diced jalapeños, drained black beans, drained white beans, diced tomatoes, stock, and corn.
Add the cumin, chili powder, salt, shredded cheddar cheese, and the block of cream cheese.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
Stir all the ingredients together to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Once cooked, stir the chili well until smooth and creamy.
Serve in bowls and top with optional garnishes like additional cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, sour cream, and fresh jalapeño slices.
