Yes. Mix all ingredients except half the bacon and green onions, cover, and refrigerate up to 2 days. Top with reserved bacon and green onions just before serving.

Yes. Use 2 tbsp fresh dill, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1/2 tsp salt in place of the packet.
