Baked Spaghetti Pie With Ham And Salami

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool completely.

While the spaghetti is cooking, dice the ham and salami into small cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled spaghetti and pour in the 4 beaten eggs. Mix to combine.

Add the ricotta cheese, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, diced fresh mozzarella, diced ham, and diced salami to the bowl.

Pour in the heavy cream and season with black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased round baking pan.

Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.

Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

Using a box grater, shred the cold butter over the breadcrumbs.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Let the pie rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
