In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian olive salad spread, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the dressing.
To the bowl with the dressing, add the thinly sliced lettuce, red onion, pepperoncini, and hot cherry peppers.
Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated in the dressing. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the sandwich roll in half lengthwise and place both halves, cut-side up, on a baking sheet.
On the bottom half of the roll, layer the provolone and pepper jack cheese slices.
On the top half of the roll, layer the salami, Black Forest ham, and prosciutto.
Toast in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is lightly toasted.
Remove from the oven. On the cheese-covered half, add the thinly sliced tomato, then pile on the prepared slaw mixture.
Place the meat-covered half on top to close the sandwich. Slice in half and serve immediately.
