In a mixing glass, add 3 Castelvetrano olives, olive brine, dry vermouth, and vodka.
Gently muddle the olives in the bottom of the glass to release their flavor and infuse the spirits.
Fill the mixing glass with ice.
Stir with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Gently drizzle a few drops of high-quality extra virgin olive oil over the surface of the drink.
Add a crack of fresh black pepper and garnish with three olives on a cocktail pick.
