Combine ingredients in blender with 1 cup ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into parfait glass.
Garnish with a strawberry and a peach slice.
Best served immediately. Prepare fresh fruit up to 2 hours ahead and refrigerate.
Pour ingredients slowly over the back of a bar spoon or down the inside of a tilted glass, starting with the densest (highest sugar/alcohol content) at the bottom. Each layer floats on density differences.
Layer the drink just before serving to maintain distinct color separation. You can prep fresh fruit slices up to 2 hours ahead and chill the spirits.
Scoop sherbet directly into the glass just before serving or float it gently on top of the layered liquid for visual impact and a creamy texture.
Blue curaçao, triple sec, or Cointreau work as alternatives, though they'll change the color profile and slight flavor intensity.
