Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into a baking dish.
Layer the sliced mozzarella cheese evenly over the bottom rolls.
Spread the tomato basil sauce over the cheese.
Arrange the pepperoni slices in an even layer over the sauce.
Top with shredded mozzarella, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes, and 2 tablespoons of grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls back on.
In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of Pecorino Romano cheese, dried oregano, and a pinch of black pepper.
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of the sliders, ensuring all the rolls are coated.
