Place the pork tenderloin in a large zip-top bag.
Add your seasoning blend, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and honey to the bag.
Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and massage the marinade into the pork until it's evenly coated.
Let the pork marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to a full day for maximum flavor.
Place the marinated pork tenderloin into the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice the tenderloin against the grain and serve.
