In a large bowl, toss the chicken tenders with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place a slice of feta cheese on top of each chicken tender.
In the same bowl used for the chicken, toss the asparagus spears in any leftover seasoned oil.
Place 2-3 asparagus spears on top of the feta on each chicken tender.
Wrap each chicken tender bundle tightly with a slice of prosciutto.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the prosciutto is crispy.
Serve immediately, with an optional squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
