Line the bottom of a baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers.
Pour melted chocolate over the graham crackers and spread into an even layer.
Place the dish in the freezer for 10 minutes for the chocolate to set.
In a separate bowl, combine the coconut whip and vanilla protein powder. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
Remove the dish from the freezer and spread the protein whip mixture over the set chocolate layer.
Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Return the dish to the freezer for at least one hour to firm up completely.
