Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place 4 slices of provolone cheese on the prepared baking sheet.
Top each slice of cheese with a portion of the cooked ground beef.
Sprinkle with dried oregano or your preferred Italian seasonings.
Place another slice of provolone cheese on top of each, creating a sandwich.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately crimp the edges of each bite with a fork to seal them.
Let the ravioli bites cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes to allow them to harden and become crispy.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
