Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in an oven-safe baking tray.
Spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing over the bottom rolls.
Layer the corned beef over the dressing.
Top with about 6 slices of Swiss cheese.
Spread the drained sauerkraut over the cheese.
Drizzle more Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut, then top with the remaining 6 slices of Swiss cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls back on.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, discard the foil, and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Store cooled sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat wrapped in foil at 300°F for 8–10 minutes until warmed through.
Yes. Assemble the sliders, cover with foil, and refrigerate up to 4 hours before baking. Add 2–3 minutes to baking time if baking from cold.
Mini brioche buns, dinner rolls, or soft pretzel rolls work well. Adjust baking time based on roll size and thickness.
Pastrami, roast beef, or turkey work as alternatives. Pastrami will give the closest flavor profile.
Place sauerkraut in a fine-mesh strainer and press gently with the back of a spoon to remove excess liquid, preventing soggy sliders.
Yes. A standard 12-count Hawaiian roll package serves as the base; double all other ingredients and bake in a 9x13 pan, checking at 15 minutes.
