Road Runner

Pro tips

• Chill your glass beforehand for a smoother, colder drink that stays cold longer
• Shake vigorously with ice for 10–15 seconds to properly chill and combine the cream-based ingredients
• Use fresh coconut cream, not canned coconut milk, to avoid separation and ensure a silky texture
• Strain into a coupe or rocks glass—the drink is best served cold and neat, without dilution from floating ice

Substitutions

• Amaretto di Saronno → any quality amaretto or almond liqueur (flavor will be identical)
• Coconut Cream → heavy cream (richer) or Irish cream (sweeter, more dessert-like)
• Old Mr. Boston Vodka → any neutral vodka (no flavor difference expected)
