In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the breakfast sausage until browned. A potato masher can help break it up.
Prepare the country gravy mix according to package directions.
Pour the prepared gravy into the skillet with the cooked sausage and stir to combine.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit with a rolling pin.
Place a spoonful of the sausage and gravy mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal completely and form a ball.
Place the sealed biscuit bombs in a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
