In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
While the sausage cooks, crack the eggs into a separate small skillet. Season lightly with salt and pepper and scramble until just cooked. Set aside.
Once the sausage is cooked, drain off any excess grease and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and water. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
