Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Dice the avocados and add them to the bowl with the shrimp.
Squeeze the juice of three limes over the shrimp and avocado.
Dice the cucumber and red onion, and add them to the bowl.
Dice the mangos and add them to the bowl.
Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.
Season with salt to taste.
Gently mix all ingredients together until well combined.
