Drain and finely chop the artichoke hearts.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and cooked spinach.
Add the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, about half of the shredded mozzarella (1 cup), sour cream, and mayonnaise to the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
