Ingredients

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and chili, stir for 10 seconds.

Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes until mostly cooked through.

Add onion and cook for 1 minute.

Add sauce ingredients (oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, chicken broth) and toss for 30 seconds until chicken is cooked through and sauce has reduced.

Remove from heat, add Thai basil and toss until wilted.

Serve immediately over jasmine rice with fried egg if desired.
