Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl: In a blender, combine the dragon fruit, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with granola, sliced fruit, chia seeds, and coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
Papaya and Lime Chicken Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, papaya, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
