Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On the parchment paper, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar cheese in two separate lines, roughly the length of a hot dog.

Place a hot dog on top of each line of cheese.

Cut the puff pastry sheet into rectangles large enough to cover each hot dog and lay one piece over each. Press the edges down to seal.

Brush the top of the puff pastry with the beaten egg.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the egg wash.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
