These crispy, cheesy beef cones are a fun and delicious handheld meal. Flour tortillas are formed into cones, stuffed with a savory seasoned beef and bell pepper filling, loaded with cheese, and pan-fried until golden brown and crispy. Served with a creamy avocado dip, they're perfect for a game day snack or a weeknight dinner.
