Beef and Cheddar Sandwich

Pour the beef consommé into a medium pot.

Add the roast beef to the pot and use tongs to separate the slices, ensuring they are all coated in the consommé.

Cover the pot and heat over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until the beef is warmed through.

While the beef is heating, pour the nacho cheese sauce into a separate small pot. Cover and heat on medium for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until warm.

Place the buns on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 15 seconds to steam them.

Bake or fry the tater tots according to package directions.

To assemble, place a portion of the warm roast beef on the bottom bun, top with a generous amount of warm cheese sauce, and add the top bun. Serve immediately with tater tots and Arby's sauce for dipping.
