Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slab of slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and place the bottom half of the rolls inside.
Layer the thinly sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom buns.
Drizzle the tangy red ranch sauce all over the roast beef.
Spoon the cheddar cheese sauce over the beef and sauce layer.
Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the onion powder and garlic powder.
Brush the seasoned butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
