Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the drained canned chicken, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with a fork until everything is well combined.
Press the chicken mixture evenly onto a well-greased pizza pan, forming a thin, round crust.
Bake the crust for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the surface, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
