Open the can of potatoes and drain them thoroughly using a sieve.
Place the drained potatoes into a medium mixing bowl.
Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil.
Sprinkle over the garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Toss the potatoes well to ensure they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the basket of an air fryer in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
