Place salmon fillets on a cutting board and poke several holes in the flesh with a fork.
Pour soy sauce over the fillets, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
Generously sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top of the salmon fillets.
Gently pat the seasoning into the salmon to help it adhere.
Place the seasoned salmon fillets onto the air fryer tray.
Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the seasoning is toasted.
Serve the cooked salmon with rice and green beans. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top before enjoying.
