In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped chives, chopped parsley, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated into a garlic-herb butter.
Place the wheel of brie on a cutting board and score the top in a diamond or cross-hatch pattern, cutting about 1/4 inch deep.
Generously spread the garlic-herb butter over the entire top surface of the scored brie.
Place the brie on a small baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.
Bake until the cheese is nice and melted and the butter is bubbly. (Note: A typical temperature is 375°F / 190°C for 15-20 minutes).
