Garlicky Orange Glazed Pork Chops with Mandarin Slaw

To make the glaze, combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, brown sugar, juice of half an orange, and zest of the other half in a skillet over medium heat.

Whisk the glaze ingredients together and let it simmer until slightly thickened. Set aside.

For the slaw dressing, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, minced ginger, and toasted sesame seeds in a small bowl.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions.

Add the drained mandarin oranges to the slaw mix, then pour the dressing over everything and toss to combine.

Pat the pork chops dry and season them generously on all sides with your favorite BBQ rub.

Prepare a charcoal grill for direct, high-heat cooking.

Grill the pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they have good char marks and are cooked through.

During the last minute of cooking, generously brush the orange glaze onto both sides of the pork chops.

Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with the mandarin slaw and garnish with extra sliced green onions.
