Preheat your outdoor griddle. Lay the bacon strips on the hot surface and cook until crispy, flipping as needed.
Once the bacon is cooked, move it to a cooler part of the griddle or a separate plate. Use a spatula to spread the rendered bacon fat across the cooking surface.
