Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish and use a small spoon or tool to hollow out the center of each roll.
In a small bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Melt in the microwave.
Spoon some of the melted garlic butter mixture into the hollowed-out part of each roll.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese into each roll.
Add a small spoonful of marinara sauce on top of the cheese.
Place one cooked meatball into each roll.
Top the meatballs with a little more marinara sauce.
Brush the remaining garlic butter over the top of the rolls and meatballs.
Top generously with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped fresh parsley, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are golden brown.
Serve immediately or pack for lunch as shown in the video.
