Honey Garlic Butter Salmon Skewers

Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the red pepper flakes. Toss gently to coat the salmon evenly.

Thread 4-5 pieces of salmon onto each skewer.

Arrange the skewers on a parchment-lined tray and cook in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the honey, the remaining red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Once the salmon is cooked, remove the skewers from the air fryer.

Generously brush the honey garlic butter sauce over all sides of the hot salmon skewers.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately over a bed of cooked white rice.
